  • TOP Fitness was established in 2002 to provide safe, instructional strength and conditioning programs
    for athletes in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
  • Our programs are structured to be age- and ability- appropriate to meet the individual needs of athletes of
    all ages.
  • We follow the philosophy of teaching our clients to help them become great individuals. Our trainers
    instruct our athletes, they don't just "work them out".
  • Our certified trainers teach proper training techniques for maximum performance and injury prevention. It
    is our goal to teach our athletes skills and techniques that they can use throughout their life.
  • We offer programs for individuals, small groups and teams. Team training options include strength and
    conditioning or conditioning only and can be arranged on- or off- site.
Any young athlete is capable of achieving his or her personal
goals. All it takes is a
positive attitude, hard work, commitment, and

core values and to help them understand that they are capable of
