Junior Golf Performance

Our Junior Golf Performance class is designed to help you become a better player and athlete by focusing on long term athlete development.   LTAD focuses on developing fundamental movement skills and turning them into fundamental sport skills.  It is also during ages 6-18 where there are "sensitive" periods where an athlete's development where they respond faster to a training stimulus.  We focus on taking full advantage of these "windows of opportunity" to enhance stamina, speed, strength, skill, and mobility.

K-Vest Swing Analysis

Physical Power (upper/lower body & core)

What each workout will on:

  • Warm-Up
  • Flexibility
  • Strength (age appropriate)
  • Power
  • Prehab
