Personal Training at TOP Fitness is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training.  This is a great option for people with variable schedules - including athletes, executives and stay-at-home mothers. These workouts are personalized to help you achieve your personal goals and meet your physical needs based upon your present or past injury history. 

We also offer semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friend.  Semi-private training is typically 2-3 people with one trainer.  Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training and is a also a popular option. Call for pricing.
