I enrolled my son, Brian, in TOP Fitness with Scott Prunier when he was 10 years old. I had always noticed his run was different and awkward but thought it would correct itself. Within 3 months of working with Scott, my son showed a marked improvement in his form and style of running. By summer, people started describing him as fast and quick. Brian looked forward to class each week. Scott created a motivating, fun and positive environment. As a coach, players often ask me what they can do to improve their game and play varsity and college lacrosse. Having been a professional athlete 17 years ago, I didn't know what to expect from my experience at TOP Fitness. But I came in with very high expectations working with Scott and his team. But my experience at TOP Fitness was fantastic and they didn't disappoint.
